DDA Adaptations

As part of many Planned Maintenance Programmes our clients take the opportunity to respond to changes in various pieces of Governmental Legislation.

This has been the case in the Sheltered and Social Housing sector with Freewood Building Contractors carrying out minor and major adaptations to allow our clients to conform to the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.

These works range from altering internal structures including stairways and doorways, to external works such as walk-ways, warm to touch handrails and various access ramps for all all type of pedestrians.

Commercial Business is not exempt from caring for the disabled as can be seen in some the examples around this page.
